Rising Up Gardens 2020- 2021

Research tells us that interacting with nature helps our bodies and minds. The psychological benefits of gardening can include reduction of stress, anxiety and depression. Make it a family/friend activity and you add the social emotional benefits of bonding. Physiological benefits have been found in reduction of blood pressure, pulse rate and muscle tension. With so much out of our hands, gardening allows us to partner with nature and practice acceptance and growth.
